This Pinnacle Park property has a nice covered patio that looks out over a back yard with a mix of young and mature trees onto a forested side yard of large private property estate giving us the privilege of having a wooded view that will never be built on. We take comfort that we are only minutes away from the best medical facilities in the area, Texoma Medical Center. We had the builder keep three large sand stones that were uncovered during construction adding to the back yard view. The house has a wood burning fireplace but we added LP gas logs for the aesthetics of a fire on a cool morning without the ash of the wood fireplace.
