In search of my next long term commitment. Don't let my age fool you, I'm in better shape than some of those "newer" models, and I've definitely had some work done! Some of my upgrades include newer electrical, roofing, and water heater, recent paint inside and out, brand new furnace, new gutters, and travertine tile in my remodeled kitchen and master bathroom. I'll keep the electricity alive in our relationship since I have so many new bright light fixtures inside and out! I like to keep things traditional too so my original hardwood floors remain throughout the living area and bedrooms, I proudly expose my shiplap, and I have cute built-in shelving. Let's spend the day exploring all the amazing points of interest in downtown San Antonio and then we can wind down relaxing on the covered back patio. It's an extra 400 sqft of space to relax, entertain our friends, or we can just let the dog run around in the large yard while we enjoy a cold one and watch our favorite show. I can't wait to introduce you to my super cool friends in the Denver Heights Neighborhood Association. I never feel alone knowing I have a great community of involved neighbors making sure we're all taken care of. Hurry and "swipe right" though before someone else snatches me up!
